***MUST RESIDE IN THE ST. LOUIS, MO AREA***As a Pharmacy PA Analyst on the Good Faith team, you will monitor internal systems for timely mailed member communication to ensure notifications are within compliance guidance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work from case management system (C360) and email reports, attach letters to completed cases in C360 and print letters as needed, stuff envelopes, and postage for letters to be mailed
Monitor CRD Dashboard to ensure all jobs are completed and mailed from vendor
Handle return mail and create spreadsheet to update new address for members and re-mails after it is updated
Handles reporting for CCUM-CED Manual letter
Print and mail EOB request for the CSC team
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills required
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Ability to solve complex problems and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to diagnose a situation and make recommendations on how to correct
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to stand for extended time periods
Ability to operate printer and postage meter
*****Work Shifts are 2nd & 3rd Shift &Weekends and Holidays for this position***
This role is located onsite which expects most work to be performed at a Cigna office location, but may allow for some work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
