Pointe Group Care, LLC is in search of a full-time Private Collections candidate to work at our corporate office in Stoughton. The candidate will be primarily responsible for private collections working closely with the Accounts Receivable team in a variety of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
- Report on collections activity and accounts receivable status
- Contact resident family regarding overdue payments in timely manner
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Assist with residents who pay by check to payments by credit card or bank account
- Ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude in a variety of situations
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience with collections in long term care preferred
- Associates degree preferred
- Capability to work cooperatively with other staff
- Proficiency in collections software
