Perimeter Behavioral of Arlington has great PRN opportunities for Receptionists. We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving our patient’s lives by using a patient centered, collaborative approach to providing high quality of care.

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is conveniently located in Arlington Texas and is a psychiatric children’s hospital providing inpatient programs for children and adolescents. Our receptionist’s responsibilities include some of the following:

• Answer the telephone and distribute telephone messages to the appropriate parties.
• Greet visitors and ensure the visitor log is completed.
• Ensure visitors and staff are properly screened prior to entering the building.
• Accept packages for the hospital per hospital’s policies.
• Observe the activities of the main lobby and ensure the area is kept orderly.
• Assist the Assessment and Referral Department as needed.

Please apply if you have the following qualifications for a receptionist:

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Must have 6-months front desk/receptionist experience and prefer some behavioral health patient care experience.
• Successful completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention certification within 30 days of employment.
• Available to work on days, evenings, and/or nights, as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
