Mission:

The Process Technician reports to the Operations Manager and works with the outside and blending Process Technicians. It is responsible to make sure all tasks are carried out to safely operate the EOR, MOR, MVR, utilities and the blending unit.

This position is located in Minetta.

Responsibilities:

Ideal candidate will be able to perform all duties of the Process Tech and additionally must be able to:

  • Operate the board for: EOR, MOR, MVR, Utilities and Blending Unit which includes, but not limited:
  • Start-up
  • Normal Operation
  • Shutdown
  • Emergency shutdown

Qualifications:

  • 2 year minimum demonstrated chemical process operation required.
  • Demonstrated outside and board chemical process experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge on process units of operation required.
  • Fork lift operation required.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Process Tech degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability preferred.
  • Operational discipline knowledge preferred.

Work with outside Process Technician to execute, but not limited:

  • Unit rounds
  • Line-ups
  • Product loading
  • Raw material unloading
  • Troubleshooting
