JOB TITLE: Processing Assistant IV

DEPARTMENT: Public Health

SALARY: Based on Experience

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: To provide records management for the On-Site Wastewater & Well program through identifying properties and property splits, merges with active and archived environmental health permits and filing, scanning and documenting said permits. Provide record management for the Food & Lodging program which includes maintaining the database used to notify the public of inspection scores. To assist the citizens of Randolph County by providing customer service by retrieving property information, processing application fees and providing clerical support for the Environmental Health programs.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school and demonstrated possession of knowledges, skills and abilities gained through at least two year of office assistant/secretarial experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
