Performs intermediate skilled administrative support work at the Foothills Public Shooting Complex with regards to clerical and range activities, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Office Manager and Range Director. The normal work schedule includes Tuesday-Saturday 9:00-7:00pm, Sunday 1:00 pm-6:00 pm. Some weekday work is available, looking mostly for most weekends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Completes clerical administrative support work for all shooting range activities
Ensuring safety video is viewed by all patrons and waiver is signed and on file
Provides excellent customer service with all patrons of the shooting range and assist with checking them in
Perform cashier related duties with regards to the range retail shop and checking in of patrons
Order office supplies and merchandise for the shooting range retail shop
Prepares reports
Prepares deposits daily
Assist with staff scheduling
Maintains social media accounts for Foothills Public Shooting Range
Light housekeeping duties

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of county policies and Foothills Public Shooting Complex of Cleveland County policies. Gun Range knowledge is helpful. General knowledge of handling payments and receipts is a plus. Must possess time management skills and basic mathematical skills. Ability to develop and maintain records. General knowledge of clerical tasks including but not limited to fax, copy, etc. and extensive knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher. Must possess great communication skills, ability to provide excellent customer service and be courteous and attentive to customer.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED and one to three years experience with clerical work and shooting ranges, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This work requires the occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force; work regularly requires standing, walking, sitting, speaking or hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel and repetitive motions and occasionally requires stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms and lifting; work has standard vision requirements; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; work requires preparing and analyzing written or computer data and visual inspection involving small defects and/or small parts; work occasionally requires wet, humid conditions (non-weather), exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, exposure to outdoor weather conditions, exposure to extreme cold (non-weather), exposure to extreme heat (non-weather) and exposure to bloodborne pathogens and may be required to wear specialized personal protective equipment; work is generally in a moderately noisy location (e.g. business office, light traffic).
