Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is an American multinational company and one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world. It also manufactures baked products, beverages and many more that are produced globally.
Responsibilities:
- This individual will work at the Technical Center with the Transformational Innovation R&D team, focused on the following procurement related goals:
- Complete ingredient related purchase requests to support TI R&D team members and projects by entering directly into Hershey SAP system.
- Complete non ingredient Purchase Orders to support TI R&D team members and projects through use of Arriba software.
- Complete new vendor approvals for R&D
- Potential additional R&D administrative, procurement, and onboarding related workstreams as required
Education/Experience:
- Experience with procurement related software systems, which could be similar to SAP and Arriba software.
- Experience onboarding new vendors into a procurement type system.
- Administrative experience.
- Experience developing onboarding documentation and training materials, and executing onboarding training.
Must Haves:
- High Attention to Detail
- Strong listening skills
- Experience learning new procurement related software
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and some basic PowerPoint
- Technical writing skills
- Administrative experience
Technical and Software Skills:
- Ability to work in procurement related software including SAP and Arriba
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to create training documents and train others on new skills and software
- Experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Basic statistical comparison
Academic / Industry Experience:
- Experience as a procurement administrator, creating onboarding materials, and executing onboarding training.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to effectively plan and execute multiple priorities while being flexible and adaptive to change
Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable):
- Experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, ability to learn to use Teams
Industry Experience:
- Administrative experience with a business
Team Size:
- Individual contributor
Work Environment:
- Desk work, working meetings, home (with internet connection)

- Project work is ongoing. A very busy and fast moving/changing R&D program!
