Aware, a global leader in biometrics, is looking for a Product Manager to support a new SaaS product offering. This product will be a cornerstone of growth for the company over the next several years. You will join a highly talented and motivated team that is launching a product that will disrupt the adaptive authentication space. You will build meaningful relationships with teams, customers, and partners to gather requirements, define key metrics and drive product adoption.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer and partner experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • ยท Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
  • Create the product strategy, vision, business case, and competitive analysis
  • Drive the product roadmap and identify and document use cases and user stories that will define product delivery priorities and timeline.
  • Drive planning sessions and prioritize work based on customer needs, product strategy and business impact, and track and communicate progress
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Share accountability for quarterly business results through sales results and analysis of the product, technology and pricing adoption relative to the sales effort, across customers, channels and territories
  • Identify and develop product positioning that uniquely differentiates Aware
  • Work with product marketing to develop collateral, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and blog posts, to communicate the value proposition of our products
  • Represent the company by visiting customers and partners to solicit feedback on company products and services

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of professional experience in Product Management
  • Prior experience with SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
  • Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and handling sensitive customer escalations
  • Experience working and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environment
  • Track record of successfully building alliances with teams
  • Prior experience with biometrics is preferred but not required
  • Some travel will be required

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
