- Manage MSP requests in the Product Management Database and ensure Sales inputs are accurate and clear
- Prepare MSP approval presentation and alternative scenarios with all the required information
- Work with Plant Product Management to optimize equipment utilization, discuss alternatives to minimize CAPEX
- Participate in and support all Project Approval and Project Review meetings
- Communicate and interface with Sales to align RFQ strategies and resolve issues with MSP requests
- Communicate and interface with all Plant Product Management team members for all open MSP’s and future planning
- Monitor all quotation projects including timing and KPIs (capex, ROS, ROCE, payback)
- Prepare data for decision making, understanding of Standardized Calculation scheme and variations of quotation variants (capex options, depreciation over 6/8 years)
- Organize monthly RFQ communication meetings with Sales to discuss strategy and future planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of job experience in a related technical field
- Product launch experience preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a team environment
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- PMP Certification from PMI a plus
