Product Manager / Cordova, TN

Full-Time / Exempt

Product Manager is responsible for assisting in the management and direction for all products sold by TruckPro. This position will work closely with pricing, field operations, key business partners and the Product Management team to analyze and recommend market opportunities for the product categories they are assigned.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Negotiates with new and existing vendors (agreements, pricing, terms, etc.)
• Price management
• Assist in inventory management
• Product marketing
• Performs line reviews
• Provides technical assistance for stores
• Monitor & ensure quality standards
• Perform other assigned tasks/responsibilities as needed
• Research and analyze current market trends to identify customer needs and requirements
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and key business partners

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in General Business, Management, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 -5 years experience in product management, marketing, sales or a related field
• Buyer /Retail Category Management experience is necessary
• Advanced negotiation, analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (v-look up, pivot tables)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Heavy duty industry knowledge/experience is a plus
