PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - HARDWARE / PERIPHERALS)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Marketing Manager, based in Las Vegas, reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing & Global Communication. This position’s primary focus is to ensure that all slot cabinet peripheral updates and hardware product release roadmaps for North America are maintained for the company. This role ensures go-to market strategy and sales training, related to video slot hardware, progressive controllers, signage, and related machine components.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

· Roadmap - Maintain clear and concise product release schedule in relation to hardware, controllers, signage and peripherals across Class III, Class II, VLT and Historical Horse Racing markets.

· Product Transfers – Manage the transfer of all hardware component and peripherals across North American regulatory markets. This responsibility requires understanding of outside testing facilities and work with the Compliance Department.

· Management – Use of key systems including SBM and Pronto to track progress of projects and create market and product requests

· Partnerships – Develop strong working relationships with key internal partners including engineering, sales, compliance and manufacturing to ensure smooth release of new products and updates to existing products.

· Recommend – Provide key feedback on product usage and development in relation to hardware parts, design and configurations

· Signage – Ability to work with third party providers to ensure proper inventory, usage and maintenance of sign packages, lighting and other materials in relation to game hardware.

· Controllers – Great understanding of setup and management of Link Controllers

· Training – Create and manage key training documents for distribution to Sales Executives and Customers as needed.

· Presenting - Developing & giving in person and video product presentations, highlighting the key product sales points & performance

· Collaboration – Day to day involvement with Sales Executives, Engineering Development, Marketing and Customers to ensure successful product launches and performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· 5+ years’ experience in the U.S. land-based slot market; manufacturer / vendor / technician / management / casino within North America

· Ability to present and discuss aspects of hardware, including implementation of components (such as sign packaging, bill validators, ticket printers, player tracking brackets and harnesses, button decks, etc.)

· Background in engineering or technical services in relation to video slot products

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

· Extensive knowledge and understanding of video slot hardware

· Customer Relationship Management Database

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Familiarity or experience working a product management software

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Attention to detail

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming license.

Some travel may be required. Must have or be able to obtain a Passport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
