We show network pros what they need to know about their network performance, health, and security to make their business-critical services shine. Networks power the world's most valuable companies, and those companies trust Kentik. Market leaders like IBM, Box, and Zoom rely on Kentik for network observability. What we do

As a Product Ops Manager within our team, you'll collaborate with fellow PMs, marketers, business analysts and sales ops to help grow Kentik's Network Observability product suite. You'll own and drive product analytics to help the team make the best possible decisions about new features. You'll also guide the team through our quarterly roadmap planning process.

What you'll do

  • Manage the product stack (see https://productcraft.com/productstack/), establish internal best practices, and ensure PMs are using tools and data effectively
  • Monitor and analyze existing product metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive the roadmap planning process for Kentik, and propose new ways for the PM team to become more data driven and efficient
  • Propose new and innovative ways to improve customer engagement, product stickiness, and time to value
  • Contribute to the PLG product experimentation process, by implementing and tracking all experiments
  • Focus on operational efficiencies of existing processes, perform analysis of datasets, and conduct regular data validation
  • Partner with the Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to implement new features and test internal tools and processes
  • Coordinate monthly product updates (external and internal audiences) for the company
  • Help with board of directors meeting preparations, in particular data analysis and presentation
  • Be the trusted advisor for the CPO, COO and CEO by providing insightful product information

What you'll bring

Studies have shown that some candidates tend to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. We encourage you to apply if you meet most of the criteria - even if you don't match all of the qualifications, your skills and experience could be valuable in this role!

  • Track record balancing the conceptualization of strategic initiatives with fast and iterative execution
  • A preference for seeking and solving the hardest, most meaningful problems
  • Experience with Pendo
  • Passion for what you do, with a bias toward action
  • Creativity
  • Enthusiastic and clear communication skills
  • Strong curiosity across marketing, technology, and other disciplines
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo or executive leadership when needed
  • Persistently advocating for opinions and beliefs, without being abrasive

Nice to have:

  • Proven track record in Product Ops for B2B high scale SaaS products/platforms operating in a dual PLG/Enterprise motion
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, and roadmapping tools
