Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
- Ability to operate a forklift, or commitment to learn.
- Quick learner, team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and quality minded.
- Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a passion for excellence – do great work.
- Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment physical exam, and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
- Package and stack finished manufactured products.
- Clean and maintain work area.
- Communicate with Lead Operator.
- Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
- Move waste from assembly line to dumpsters.
- Operate within standard operating procedures.
- Quality control – ensure that no damaged product is sent out and no damaged raw material accepted in.
- Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
- Stage finished product for loading.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
