About the Role:

The San Francisco Giants are looking for a full-time Production Coordinator where you will have the unique opportunity to impact the fan experience at Oracle Park. This role will oversee the staffing and scheduling of technical crews for sports, entertainment and other live events, as well as assist with the creation, production and execution of game-day experiences and entertainment for all Giants home games. This role reports to the Live Experience & Entertainment Manager and will be located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because you will…

• Oversee the staffing and scheduling of technical crews for sports, entertainment and other live events
• Provide timely, responsive customer service throughout the event production process, managing all inbound scoreboard and control room crewing requests
• Communicate with appropriate internal and external stakeholders regarding crew requirements, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate onboarding process, as well as credentials and other requirements on a per event basis
• Assist in the preparation and execution of game day entertainment timelines and scripts
• Provide administrative support to the Live Experience & Entertainment department, including on-air talent

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Possess a general understanding of a live events control room environment, including but not limited to equipment use and live production communication (game presentation experience is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software platforms
• Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings (weekends, weekdays, night and holidays)
• A keen sense of ownership, drive, and willingness to get it done

At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $65,000 to $75,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience and other factors the San Francisco Giants consider relevant to the hiring decision Additionally, this role might be eligible for bonus or incentive awards.
