Production Data Entry Clerk Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

The Production Data entry Clerk is an administrative position responsible for day-to-day processing of our airline customers' data (i.e. menu specifications, production reports, diagrams). The qualified candidate provides production and packing reports to operations; assists the Production Control Manager with projects as assigned; interacts with all levels of management and operations. More specifically, main duties include:

• Input meal ordering, counts/up counts, flight information and revisions.
• Input and update operations support documentation generated from customized and proprietary systems such as CBASE, AIRVISION.
• Assists other departments as needed (i.e. Billing, Dispatch).
• Generates diagrams and reports in various programs.
• Prints required paperwork and labels.
• Responsible for creating reports as needed.
• Responsible for the updating of menu specifications/photos/scheduling information
• Performs other clerical duties as assigned by Department manager.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years clerical experience in an office environment

• High attention to detail and proficiency in data entry

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups and attend to multiple tasks.

• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
