ALK Source Materials, Inc., (ASM) the leading manufacturer of quality allergenic biological source materials, and a member of the global ALK-Abello’ group of companies, is recruiting for our Production Equipment Maintenance Technician I/II position. Join our stable and growing company located in our 120,000 square foot facility in Post Falls, ID (River Bend Park).

As a team member, the Production Support Calibration Technician I is responsible to ensure all production equipment is calibrated and in a robust state and ready for production use. Systems and equipment include custom pharmaceutical processing equipment, lyophilizers, autoclaves, temperature-controlled environments, balances, flow, pressure, temperature and RH meters. The position also ensures calibration activities are documented within established maintenance database and associated forms.

The successful candidate shall have a high school diploma or equivalent, be technically minded with the General knowledge of electronics, testing, and measuring equipment. Candidates should also exhibit genuine desire to learn and contribute to an exceptional team. Thorough communication skills and teamwork are a must. Related work experience is preferred

All positions at ASM require the ability to comfortably work around deceased stinging insects, allergenic materials, hazardous chemicals and solvents and laboratory reagents.
