Our Orlando Servpro Franchise is seeking a Restoration Production Manager. The role is among the most crucial in our organization as you will be leading our crew chiefs and technicians to ensure our teams are providing exceptional service to our customers by restoring their homes and businesses in critical times of need.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Restoration industry experience required
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency service requests including fire & water damage mitigation, mold remediation, HVAC duct work cleaning, board up/temporary repairs.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and ensure performance targets around quality, timeliness, customer service and profitability are met
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients who have experienced fire or water damage in their homes and businesses.
• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Document emergency response activities in real-time to insurance carriers and other paying parties
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean driving record and valid license at all times.
  
• Readiness to respond to after-hours assignments 24 hours per day for one week per month on a rotating basis

• Participate in recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a team of 4-10 individuals to provide services in the field
