Job Duties

• Load/ unload materials
• Operate packing sealer and perform random check on the products before going to the sealer
• Clean and prepare containers/boxes for packing
• Load, stack, pile, and pack finished goods following a specific set of instructions
• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them in specific area as instructed.
• Move completed products for inventory count
• Fill out the production log sheet (i.e., inventory, production count and/or lot #, etc.)
• And other production-related tasks as assigned
• Adjust, calibrate, and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper pressure, speed, temperature, and general operation. Change screen filters. Operate cranes, move rolls.
• Examine visually, weigh and measure components created from equipment at the end of the week to ensure machines are producing according to company and industry regulations and standards, adjusting as needed. Read and understand a work order/ item specification sheet and follow the instructions as printed
• Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise.
• Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions and take care of them as they come up.
• Use regulated cleaning solutions, grease guns, oil cans, air hoses and cleaning cloths to properly maintain and clean equipment, maintain oil levels and vacuum checks.
• Make repairs to equipment when necessary, and replace all defective, broken or worn-out components. Be prepared to access machine parts that may require to become dirty
• Choose and install cutters, molds, and all other necessary equipment parts so machines are always operating at peak efficiency.

Requirements:

Able to read tape Measurement to ensure correct size. (Length, width, depth, gauge)

Writing correct measurements and filling out daily reports.

Schedule: Rotating 3 days on 2 days off Weekdays and Weekends:

Shift Availability: Day Shift 5:40 AM – 6:00 PM & 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM & Night Shift 5:40 PM – 6:00 AM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Preferred:

· Plastic experience in PET raw materials, heating, melting, IV.

· Well-organized and history of showing initiative

· Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations to work safely with high-temperature points

COMPENSATION:

Up to 15.00 + Plus $1 night shift differential DOE + Health/Dental/Vision benefits available after passing three-month probation period. 401(k) available after first year.
