Responsibilities and duties include:

▪ Customer order entry production using AS400 / SAP
▪ Productivity tracking using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
▪ Reporting of performance and communication to sales, purchasing and supply chain team on issues with orders and timeliness liaison.
▪ Responsible for the load document process in the morning which includes printing certifications, test reports and delivery receipts and insuring accuracy of said documents.
▪ Performance will be judged by accuracy and the ability to drive down cost and not let a supply run out to the plant.
▪ Serve as back-up for logistics and billing
▪ Other duties as assigned by leadership

Position Requirements:
▪ High School Diploma or GED required
▪ Experience in scheduling in a production environment, and/or purchasing experience
▪ Able to learn metals industry and products offered
▪ Strong, demonstrated organizational experience
▪ Familiarity with ERP systems and demonstrated ability to learn new ERP environments.
▪ Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis in Excel both utilizations and in creating spreadsheets from scratch.
▪ Good interpersonal skills, and comfortable in a heavy industrial setting.

Pay: $20.03 - $25.04 per hour
