Production supervisor

Permanent, staff: $30 - $32p/h Dependent on experience

Night shift: 2-2-3, 12 hour schedule

I’m working with a leading manufacturer of biopharmaceutical products, based in Charlotte NC and they are looking for an experienced production supervisor to join their expanding team. This is an international client that have flourished in recent years and hiring quite heavily at the moment to take the next steps in their expansion.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise the operations of the product assembling to make sure that standards are kept high with volume, quality and cost.

· Assign duties to the production team and maintain company policies

· Maintain training standards of the production team staff

· Monitor the assembly and production line for high performance and quality

· Keep in constant communication with the maintenance team and the setup technicians to ensure standards are kept high.

· Monitor the line performance and keep maintenance personnel reactionary to potential issues.

· You will be responsible for keeping the quality standards high

· Changeovers and setups must be kept to a timely fashion

· Appropriate records and notes must be kept up to date adhering to SOP’s

· Investigate potential issues and put corrective plans in place where required

· Route cause analysis duties as and when required to avoid potential future issues

· Analyze performances of operators

· cGMP regulations must be adhered to at all times

· Support changes to drive performance

Requirements:

· HS Diploma

· Operator experience required

· 5 years of supervisor experience

· Ability to record and interpret team data

· Computer literacy

· Good computer literacy

· Team player and very driven

· 5 year Manufacturing experience, GMP preferred
