Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and changeover gummy production & packaging equipment
• Initial 6-months of role will heavily support the start-up, ramp-up and sustained operations of all gummy production equipment
• Operate, adjust, perform changeover, troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment
• Review and own shift processes to ensure data accuracy
• Create, use and update tools & standards to drive manufacturing performance improvements
• Assist in training/on-boarding new technicians
• Support Proactive Safety culture
• Operate a forklift, unload and inspect raw materials & supply raw materials to lines
• Perform quality checks, interpret quality data and comply with GMP standards
• Read and use equipment manual diagrams
  

Qualifications

• High School Education
• Experience starting a new manufacturing line start-up is highly desirable
• Food & beverage manufacturing experience preferred
• Demonstrated sustained periods of increased performance on manufacturing equipment
• Experience using standards such as CILs, CLs, tagging, 5S
• Proven ability to adapt through rapid changes
• Proven mechanical aptitude of equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to navigate Computer programs
• Demonstrated positive attitude, commitment, dedication, and attendance record
• Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours and flexibility to support across multiple shifts as needed (days, swing, nights)
