Production Associate/Operator

Location: Lebanon, Oregon (Relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon Oregon is required)

Schedule: Night Shift Position

Sunday-Tuesday 6pm-6am and Wednesday 6pm-Midnight or Wednesday Midnight-6am and Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am

Position Summary:
The Membranes Production Associates are responsible for assisting with set up and operation of production lines, accurate performance of written procedures, perform production tasks to support the needs of the Production Department. This includes operating, monitoring, maintaining the production equipment, and using safe industrial and chemical handling practices.

· Conduct physical testing of product; in process and finish goods

· Adherence with all safety policies, procedures and programs

· Follow product specification sheet

· Update GEMS (Computer) database and Complete production logs, process conditions, data entry accurately and completely

· Using GEMS SPC data, perform required process adjustments as needed to maintain process efficiency and quality.

· Monitor and operate continual production line to ensure achievement of performance, quality, and safety objectives

· Process information with team members

· Comply with and align self with company policies and procedures

· Mix raw materials for mixing process

· Operate, monitor, and maintain mix system, extruder, extractor/dryer, TDO, MDO, distillation, tower, winder, lab and other key equipment needed to run the line.

· May be required to learn all functions of Slit-Rewind machine and or Coating Line.

· Follows dress code and clean room protocols.

· Understand and use lean principles, 5s and Kaizen.

· Follow and promote ENTEK company core values

In this position you must be willing to wear a half face respirator as needed. Facial hair will need to be shaved everyday you report to work unless you have a full-face respirator mask. For more information please inquire.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

· Experience with HMI Operating Systems, M.S word, excel, 10 key.

Salary Range: $19.00 hour
