LSSI is offering a Full-Timeposition for Program Aide.LSSI's PFM serves those who are incarcerated, their families, and people released from prison. The goals of this program range from maintaining or building a relationship with their children to developing life and employment skills, and returning home.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist the PFM Supervisor with all aspects of the program.
  • On Demand Flexible Paydays for earned wages through an app called Dayforce Wallet
  • Help facilitate Employment School Skill and related case management.
  • Assist in making community (vendors) contacts to establish collaborations.
  • Assist in gathering outcome data for reporting measures.
  • Assist with job placements, resumes, and any employment related activities.
  • Work with diverse personalities and cultures at all levels, and other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and use of email.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in working with incarcerated population.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Pass background check.
