RMC is hiring for a Program Analyst to support our customer at NSWC Indian Head. The selected candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and technical support work, to include:

• Assisting in the development and preparation of staff reports, presentations, and cost spreadsheets.
• Reviewing and summarizing miscellaneous reports and documents.
• Proofing and compiling staff reports for quality assurance and completeness, ensuring all related attachments and exhibits are included.
• Implementing office policies and procedures and providing administrative/clerical support for assigned department.
• Assisting with the establishment of standards and metrics for evaluating information systems' performance and recommending procedures for improvement.
• Supporting the identification, evaluation, and tracking of program risks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and will be detail oriented with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

An Associate’s degree with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in a project related discipline are required. Extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) also required.

Security Clearance: An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
