We are actively looking for a Program Director for our Substance Use Disorder Services who is aligned with making a positive impact not only with their team but the community of Northeastern Colorado. This position will be well compensated for planning, directing, and managing our center-wide clinical activities for our Substance Use Disorder Services.

We are looking for Qualified Directors that have:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

All aspects of clinical supervision as it relates to assigned staff within scope of responsibility, directly or in oversight of other Center provided clinical supervision.

EDUCATION

Master's degree in a human services program that leads to licensure under the Colorado Mental Health Statutes plus Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, SPECIAL SKILLS

Licensed or certified in the State of Colorado as Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to match specific program placement. Bilingual skills preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of three years’ clinical experience and three years’ clinical supervision or clinical program development experience
