The Program Executive is responsible for the day to day operations and management of RPO services. This includes managing client relationships and RPO resources; ensuring teams are achieving results. The Program Executive will work to establish the operational strategic plan and managing progress to achieve program objectives. The Director of Operations II will be accountable for ensuring the success of the RPO programs.
As Program Executive you will provide visionary account leadership, ensuring that the account team is operating in unison and focused on service excellence. As client requirements shift in response to external market factors, you will create new solutions to consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.
As Program Executive you should be passionate about creating an extraordinary experience that aligns to the client and AGS Values for all stakeholders of our recruitment services. You will provide the client with insight into latest trends and ensure that our clients grow their measurable competitive advantage through acquisition of top talent. The Program Leader will be responsible for driving best practices and serve as an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.
A Program Executive will manage a book of business that is less than $6 million dollars annual revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day management of all resources
- Determine Performance Goals and Expected Business Results for RPO resources
- Accountable for weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly delivery
- Responsible for frequent monitoring and reporting on SLAs and KPIs
- Create appropriate material for Quarterly and Yearly Business Reviews with client
- Will participate in program implementation which includes program staffing, operational process engineering, and resource training
- Oversee diversity hiring initiatives for client
- Ensure client specific compliance and process adherence is met by team
- Provide oversight of recruitment tool investment and allocation including job boards licenses, association participating, and networking activities
- Responsible for ongoing staffing requirements and training of new resources
- Manage risk for all operational activity
- Analyze business information and market to identify issues or trends
- Develop and implement solutions to overcome operational related delivery issues
- Serve as point of escalation for day to day operational delivery issues
- Coordinate leadership and client involvement for problem resolution and/or critical decision making
Hiring:
- Build a collaborative, high-performance team that is culturally aligned to Allegis Global Services and Allegis Group.
- Partner with internal recruiting function (TAP) to attract and engage necessary levels of employees.
- Ensure a consistent on-boarding process, reinforce the utilization of the AGS Way training.
Career Development:
- Identify, coach and develop high performers; create and on-going management of succession planning.
- Talent Management: Establish appropriate development plans and mentoring for all members of the team as deemed necessary.
- Motivate, drive and delegate team members daily
- Manage the performance of all team members based on established expected business results
- Utilize performance improvement plans where needed Stakeholder Management
- Establish a consultative partnership by building trust, credibility and confidence with primary stakeholders and business leaders through executive presence and subject matter expertise.
- Build communication cadence for key stakeholders; including but not limited to delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to Executive stakeholders
Industry, Market & Client Knowledge
- Demonstrate a superior knowledge of elements impacting talent acquisition (TA), as well as, markets served
- Create an intimate understanding of client vision and business objectives
Financial Knowledge
- P&L Management; optimize account profitability through careful management of workload and resources.
- Strong understanding of investments, costs, and ROI; negotiate contract changes according to data driven business case.
- Control and deliver on all SLA’s, KPI’s, and compliance elements. Identify, manage and minimize risk and liability for client and AGS. Understand key expectations of client and exceed through exceptional delivery.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the contractual services agreement and provisions including KPIs’ and SLA’s to support decision making
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Experience managing team of 15+ employees
- Minimum 9 years of RPO, staffing, or related experience
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to write and present client-oriented communication (i.e. business cases)
- Proven ability to manage many projects/ tasks at the same time under pressure/ tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven history of interacting with leaders at all levels within an organization
- Extensive experience developing strong customer relationships
- Ability to travel depending on customer need; up to 50% of the time.
- Strong understanding of OFCCP requirements
- Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance, and metrics
- Implementation and program launch experience preferred
