Current Health is seeking a Program Manager to join our Customer Implementation team. The Program Manager will play a key role in coordinating large, multi-project programs for our most complex enterprise customers. The Program Manager ensures tracking of all work to milestones/plans and aligning all relevant teams to set deadlines. The work will include reporting, updating, removing roadblocks, and ensuring that every part of the overall program is documented and meeting desired expectations. The ideal candidate is an experienced Program Manager who can work closely with internal teams and has a natural ability to build relationships at complex healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully collaborates with Current Health teams and customer stakeholders to identify, deploy, evaluate, and scale complex programs at enterprise level healthcare organizations.
  • Program Management of multiple project teams and delivery of projects within a regulated medical device quality process. Ensures adherence of the program to all compliance, regulatory and accreditation standards, along with best practices.
  • Generates and updates work planning documents and coordinates delivery of all program artifacts. Conducts routine analysis to track program progress and updates work plans as needed.
  • Manages the resource allocation and overall budget of the program. Understands program profitability and any relevant contractual specifications.
  • Reporting of program status to senior management and customer senior leadership and executives.
  • Compliance with company quality system and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective change management skills
  • Understands how to navigate complex health systems and can build relationships at various customer levels.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust character, determination to hit goals, tempered with empathy when required
  • Proficient in creating, analyzing and presenting data to healthcare executives with a focus on summarizing key deliverables, flagging risks and proposing solutions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on multiple projects, collaborate with co-workers, and dive into a lean, fast-moving environment.
  • An eye for detail
  • C-level presentation skills
  • Strong background in software program management, preferably in healthcare software
  • Proven record of successful project management
  • Minimum of 10 years project management
  • Availability to travel up to 30 % of time
