V-Tech Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our Professional Services Sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance between contract requirements knowledge and people management skills necessary to execute the mission. Proven experience in Operations Management, Budget and Cost Management, Government Contracts, and Call- Center Organizational leadership at mid-size companies. Demonstrating the ability to effectively prepare, communicate and lead internal project/program kick-off, status/progress, and close-out meetings as well as external client presentations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide program management expertise for multiple professional services programs and projects
  • Set program performance standards, define expectations, and proactively communicate deviation to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the scope of the projects/programs is aligned with financial requirements and business priorities
  • Must pave the way for on-time and on-budget delivery, avoiding scope creep, budget overrun, and employee turnover.
  • Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing company with an evolving business model
  • Provide advice and guidance in the execution of the contract, adherence to the Statement of Work and be responsible for the outcomes and results.
  • Must pave the way for on-time and on-budget delivery, avoiding scope creep, budget overrun, and employee turnover.
  • Develop reporting and monitoring tools that enable project stakeholder to meet goals related to compliance and contractual outcome
  • Define and implement opportunities for improvement in people and processes
  • Plan, analyze and implement operational changes that will lead to growth
Skills and qualifications

  • Must have a solid knowledge of program management in the professional services/government contracting industry
  • Must demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have superior relationship management skills, significant experience in leading cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and coordination across departments and other entities.
  • Must perform Quality Control on routine basis and analyze trends, profit, and loss, communicate changes to senior management
Job Requirements:
  • PMP Certification
  • Master's degree in management, business, or accounting with ten (10) years relevant program management experience
  • Must be a subject-matter expert in the field of Professional Services as it relates to government contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical and cost data
  • Advanced organizational and leadership skills
