Job description

• Perform general oversight of contract performance including maintaining staffing, ensuring deliverables are met, and day to day contact with the CMS RVC COR

• Execute deliverables on time and high-quality

• Provide direction for the accomplishments of work under the contract

• Schedule, manage, and monitor workloads for contract to ensure workload quantities in SOW are achieved

• Maintain and submit monthly cost reports and other scheduled deliverables to customer and program leadership

• Develop and maintain project documents such as project plans, QA plan/process, SOPs, and work instructions

• Direct QA/QC activities

• Ensure all project performance metrics define in statement of work are met

• Manage project communications with customer, staff, and subcontractor

• Daily communications with the CMS RVC COR

• Manage contract and staff performance metrics

• Manage project team personnel

Requirements

• The PM must be full-time, fully dedicated, and available to the CMS RVC COR between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET Monday-Friday

• Extensive knowledge of the Medicare program and working knowledge of the CMS FFS RAC Program requirements and activities

• Ability to work well in a remote team environment, to collaborate with others, and interface with team members internal and external to the organization

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Flexibility and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• The PM shall have five (5) or more years prior work experience as a PM, preferably with large, complex projects

• The CMS is also requiring this candidate to have experience in medical review and extensive nursing clinical experience in a variety of health care settings

• The PM shall also have a master’s degree in business or management from an accredited institution. In lieu of a master’s degree, the PM shall have a bachelor’s degree and at least an additional three years of related work experience in Program Management

• The PM shall possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution

• Have a current license in nursing in the United States or U.S. Territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
