IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager– San Antonio, TX
Job Responsibilities:

• Directs all phases of the contract from the win through task completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the contract. Participates in the negotiation of amendments and other contract modifications
• Coordinates the preparation of required CDRLs and ensures all CDRLs are delivered on time.
• Manages cost and burn out rates for all employees executing on the task. Works with USG COR to ensure adequate funds are available to support customer missions
• Develops new business or expands the current work with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Incorporates input from customers and understands their expectations. Demonstrates commitment and energy to meet customer needs. Builds strong relationships with customers and strategic partners. Guides program team and support functions on how to take action to satisfy customer expectations
• Provides on-going assessment and oversight of the program team and program performance throughout the program life

Education and General experience:

• 10+ years’ experience in managing Government contracts/programs
• Familiar with Government processes and procedures
• Experience with managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for USG programs
• Willingness to work additional hours to complete project requirements in a timely manner
• Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
• Master's Degree
• Prior experience supporting United States Air Force Customers
• Cyber/IT experience and understanding of cyber terminology and testing
• Senior level management experience with the ability to manage large teams

Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or could obtain a Secret Clearance.
