Job Title: Program Manager - Information Security

Duration: 06 Months with possible extension

Location: Chicago, IL 60606

Position Type: Remote - Any US, working hours will primarily be EST

Job Description:

This person will be leading/managing a group of Agile Teams. Strong Project Manager with solid experience in leading teams and driving the deliverables.

Subject matter expert for Certificate Life Cycle Management, Encryption, and other Information Security Technologies

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial services and project management background with a focus on Information Security products and a proven track record of representing the business, partnering with a cross-functional project team, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as Program Manager for an Information Technology agile team as part of a Solution Train.
• Drive and develop the product roadmap, prioritizing, scheduling, and tracking the implementation of product features.
• Ensure the needs of the business and customers are met, plans are communicated, and issues are raised quickly and resolved.
• Work closely with Business Owners across teams.
• Subject matter expert for Certificate Life Cycle Management, Encryption, and other Information Security Technologies.
• Collaborate with other product owners to deliver functionality across the Tech and Ops.
• Plan and prioritize features and user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.
• Align with the Product Manager and other leads at a program level.
• Lead the product release plans and set the expectation for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Actively engage in PI (program increment) planning as part of the SAFe framework.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Must Have

• Minimum 3 -5 years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of IT Leadership and staff management experience.
• Experience leading agile programs.
• Lead and drive the team to achieve strategies goals and initiatives in an agile environment.
• Ensure and develop relationships with cross functional stakeholders and align on business objectives.
• Translate business objectives into requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Responsible for driving the agile team(s) and conducting stakeholder meetings to provide updates at regular intervals.
• Accelerate delivery and process efficiency by applying agile methodologies to solve program/process challenges.
• Provide leadership and guide 3rd party consultants throughout the systems development lifecycle to ensure quality, IT SDLC, and compliance requirements are met.
• This role will be the primary point between the Infosec team and the Tech & Ops organization.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $80.00 - $89.00 per hour
