Spiro is hiring a Program Manager to join our Sales team. The Program Manager works in partnership with Sales, delivering best-in-class service. The Program Manager will be assigned to various projects throughout the Sales team, focusing primarily on process creation for account teams and internal standardization. The

Responsibilities:
  • Leads and provides direction for a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time and to internal client specifications.
  • Works with existing account teams to create account specific processes and documentation for training purposes
  • Reports and escalates progress/issues to Sr. management, as needed.
  • Works with onboarding team for new accounts to set up the internal and client processes for successful project execution
  • Works with internal teams to streamline existing processes and standardize documentation for efficiency
  • Supports the Sr. Director Sales Operations & Support with additional Sales wide projects and implementation
  • Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute a project.
  • Manages communication with business leaders at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues.

  • 5 years of relevant / related experience
  • Ability to decipher and document complex processes in a relatable manner
  • Familiarity with Excel, MS Teams, Sharepoint
  • There is no regular travel required for this position
