Job description
Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Protection/Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communication and Positioning, Navigation and Timing Directorate in the United States Space Force. This position will support the SSC/CG program office as it rapidly premier capabilities resilient to the threat by the relentless pursuit of warfighter needs and acquisition excellence.
This is a full-time opportunity located at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California.

- Review and update, as necessary, Program Protection Plans (PPPs)
- Review and update, as necessary, the Counterintelligence Support Plans (CISP), Integrated Threat Assessments, Operations Security Plans, review the System Threat and Assessment Reports (STAR), and Validate Online Lifecycle Threat (VOLT) reptorts
- Review and update, as necessary, the Anti-Tamper Plans, Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CP), System Security Engineering Management Plans (SSEMP), and other documents as directed
- Review acquisition documents for compliance with Critical Program Information (CPI) protection requirements IAW the PPP
- Conduct annual visits to evaluate the design, implementation, and verification of system security provisions
- Evaluate change proposals (e.g., Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Change (RFCs), Task Change Proposals (TCPs), Contract Change Proposals (CCPs), waivers and deviations, and acquisition strategy), and provide security assessments
- Administer the Quarterly System Security Working Group (SSWG) meetings
- Aassist the program office in developing and documenting Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) requirements in the Statements of Work and other development contract documents
- 3+ years relevant experience
Preferred Experience:
Preferred Education: Master's degree or Ph.D. in related technical field, and 10+ years relevant experience
- Prior USAF or USSF acquisition, development, sustainment experience preferably within the security requirements domain
- Experience with NISPOM Security Requirements
- Experience with a working/operating in a SCIF environment
Additional Information:
- Occasional travel within the CONUS
Please note: Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
