General Information:
- We are seeking applicants with critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and developed interpersonal skills.
- Applicants should excel at working independently and as part of a team.
- This position is a limited service position, expected to last 18-24 months. Length of limited service appointments are determined by the availability of funds such as grants, alternative funding sources and/or timeframes such as pilot projects, alternative funding sources or program termination.

- Respond to in-person, telephone, e-mail, and written inquiries and requests from the public, vendors, and other local, state, and federal agencies
- Enter and retrieve data from databases and other automated systems
- Track data and compile relevant elements to provide to leadership and regional management
- Collaborate with division staff while drafting practice standard, business process, and/or policy change documents
- Prepare internal and external communication documents, reports, videos, and/or responses
- Convert technical material into information that is easily understood by non-technical users
- Write ad-hoc reports and provide statistical information to management
- Work across programs to support and implement business strategies
- Prepare project status summaries/reports
- Process invoices, submit IT requests, utilize a variety of computer applications to complete assignments, perform support tasks for a team
- Research laws and regulations to provide information to leadership
- Schedule external and internal meetings and tasks for leadership
- Plan and organize work to be completed
- Experience determining program compliance with state or federal laws.
- Experience preparing and presenting detailed information to groups of people.
- Experience translating technical material into easily understandable oral and written communication.
