The Role
RedMane has a full-time opportunity for a Project Assistant as we continue to grow our Chicago based practice. The Project Assistant will assist one or more Project Managers with the management of activities related to their projects.
Skills & Role Requirements
- Time sheet tracking and reconciliation of employees and subcontractors
- Expense review and tracking
- Time tracking system reports
- Scheduling internal, client meetings and JAD sessions
- Coordinating and managing travel
- Assist with reporting to management and clients including extracting and compiling data from other systems
- Office administration
- Equipment/paperwork for onboarding/offboarding with clients
- Tracking of project deliverables, sign offs
- Assist with invoice preparation and tracking
- Assist with task assignment and tracking
- Assist with project scheduling in MS Project
- Assist with risk, issue and change tracking and reporting
- Assist with project financial tracking and reporting
- Assist with project incident/defect tracking and reporting including JIRA
