Education Required: HS Graduate/Some college preferred

  • Collaboratively work with project team, OTA fieldwork coordinator and key stakeholders to manage clinical site database management, MOU process, Maintaining OTA MOU files, and associated correspondence.
  • Work directly with responsible stakeholders to ensure deliverables are achieved on-time and accurately.
  • Coordinate preparation and distribution of correspondence, fieldwork evaluations and placement information.
  • Coordinate project/contract communication strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to ensure successful project oversight, execution, and sustainability
  • Represent project at meetings with project and/or organizational leadership
  • Provide administrative assistance as necessary.
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
