An award-winning architectural firm in Chicago is seeking a detailed and experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. The Project Coordinator will manage schedules, prepare action document processes, and communicate progress to the team . Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

• Schedule and organize meetings, events, and logistics associated with those functions
• Act as point of contact for all projects
• Create and update workflows
• Attend meetings and take diligent notes while keeping team on track
• Help set goals and timelines for the team
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure the billing and invoicing is accurate

Requirements of Project Coordinator:

• Prior experience as a project coordinator or a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skill
• Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint is a plus
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
