A project coordinator handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include, but not limited to; ordering equipment and materials, managing deadlines and workflow, scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting Project Managers and teams with projects tasks, etc.

Requirements:
  • Construction Experience or Interest
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast- paced, team environment.
  • Ability to receive and produce quality work through verbal feedback and coaching
  • Ability to take and follow directions well.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Deadline Oriented
  • Overnight travel as needed
  • Must be punctual and have the ability to work after hours and on weekends when needed.
  • Dedicated and committed to day-to-day operations
  • Time management driven and focused
