Responsibilities:

· Assist with allocation of daily installer workloads.

· Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after installations.

· Support installers in the field.

· Coordinate future installation/sales opportunities.

· Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure each project is a success.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED.

· Valid driver’s license and vehicle to support flooring inspections at customer’s homes.

· Strong knowledge of MS Office.

· Some knowledge of flooring/home improvement industry preferred.
