Position Summary: Location: New York City, NY

Responsibilities: *

• Intake all customer requests via client’s database.
• Organize, prioritize and schedule moves according to SOP.
• Responsible for professional customer communications within database, e-mails, phone calls and/or chat in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Identify and expedite high level or escalated requests with professionalism and sense of urgency.
• Ensure each request is completed to customer’s satisfaction.
• Overcoming obstacles by providing resources and solutions amidst ambiguity.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience

• Associates Degree or higher from an accredited college or university preferred. Prior experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Knowledge/Skill/Abilities

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferably within an office or account management setting
• Prior experience working within a ticketing or customer service queue a plus
