Ground/Water Treatment & Technology, LLC (GWTT) is a leading environmental contractor located in Wharton, NJ. GWTT provides Construction Dewatering, remediation and environmental construction services, including; dewatering systems design, manufacture, installation and operation. Additionally, we offer design/build services for temporary and permanent treatment systems, and operation and maintenance services for a variety of soil, groundwater and wastewater treatment systems. Typical projects include groundwater depression and management for major construction projects, soil vapor extraction, air stripping, carbon adsorption, metals precipitation, pH neutralization, thermal/catalytic oxidation and in-situ chemical oxidation. We have an immediate need for a Project Engineer in our Field Services Division.

TheProject Engineer will be an integral member of the project team providing support during the proposal, planning and execution phases of the project. Responsibilities Include:

• 
  Shop drawing preparation
• Submittal preparation and tracking
• Project scheduling
• Estimating
• Assist in bid and proposal preparation
• Work plan preparation
• Coordinate vendors
• Preparing applications and obtaining permits
• Understand and adhere to project budgets
• Read, comprehend and implement project drawings and specifications
• Recognition of change orders and preparation of required documentation
• Preparation of environmental remediation strategies
• Design of environmental treatment systems
• Knowledge of mechanical and civil industry standards
• Working CAD knowledge

B.S. Degree in engineering or science major and a minimum of 5 years of environmental construction and/or relevant mechanical engineering experience desired. Design of environmental treatment systems. Knowledge of mechanical and civil industry standards. Working CAD knowledge
