ASRC Federal Broadleaf, Inc. is currently seeking a IT Project Integrator in San Antonio, TX.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES:
  • Project Requirement Management Support. Possess the expertise and capability to collect and integrate data and IT requirements for Installation and Mission Support (I&MS) customers. Assist in the dissemination of information gained on a project or program for applicable Air Force programs.
  • Data Collection support. Perform data collection in support of DAF- EMIS and Installation C2 programs related to this task. Analyze and update reports on findings as they transpire and change. Provide technical support and data collection to meet the program objective.
  • Data Requirements Repository Support. Store, transmit, evaluate and present data requirements collected/generated in support of the development of DAF-EMIS and Installation C2, in support of AFIMSC strategic objectives.
  • Software Development support. Assist in supporting the development of software applications by capturing and describing user requirements into applicable documents and communicate this information to IT and other Government partners. Assist IT and other Government partners in creating and supporting the development of Capability Development Plans, Capability Needs Statements, Data Standards Reports, IT functionality stories/requirement documentation and related submittals supporting Agile Software Development of DAF-EMIS or Installation C2. Primary engagement of these submittals will be with ACC/A5C into the system C2IMERA. Other engagement with alternate functional systems is also required if integration is desired on a platform prior to sharing with C2IMERA (e.g., CE, Security, Logistics systems, etc.).
  • Innovative Technologies assessment. Assess relevant commercially available technologies and systems for expediting or enhancing Installation C2 data. This may be accomplished in concert with other government innovation forums or test bases such as Tyndall AFB Installation of the Future and the Installation Resilience Operation Center (IROC) program. Deliverables may include requirements to analyze functional data management and visualization. It will include providing recommendations concerning adoption of these designs and audit the performance of new technologies. Deliverables shall evaluate cost, performance, applicability of methods, development of initial methodologies, and life cycle cost analysis. Provide recommendations for review with Government such as IT parties in a Technical Report of Study/Services.
  • Validation support. Validate hardware, software, materials, and processes required to the development of Installation C2 concepts and the fielding of modernization solutions.
  • Documentation support. Assist in documenting program files, organizing files and providing administrative support, such as filing minutes of regulatory and partnering sessions at local or worldwide locations.
  • Conference/Meeting Support. Support the Air Force at worldwide conferences, workshops, and meetings approx. 15 times per year at both CONUS and OCONUS. This will take the form of meeting setup, facilitation, as well as deliverables (graphics, audiovisual equipment, invitations, and record keeping). Meetings/conferences may address a wide variety of topics, dealing with expeditionary engineering facilities and equipment modernization. Coordinate with the various organizations involved in the program to develop Requirements Documents, Implementation Directives, Transition Management Plans, Capability Development documents, and other required documents associated with testing, fielding, and training new versions of the developed IT systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience with knowledge configuration systems in I&MS in the USAF
  • or fifteen (15) years of relevant experience with knowledge configuration systems in I&MS in the USAF.
CLEARANCE LEVEL:
  • Tier 1 (NACI) investigative clearance/background investigation prior to performing work
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in either Engineering, Computer Science or Business field
