We've onboarded some of the world's most reputable brands and now we need a Project Manager for one of our clients.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for someone who can ideally work Hawaiian Standard Hours. If this is not possible, at a MINIMUM would require 100% overlap with Mountain Standard Time.

What will this person be working on?

In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of operational capabilities and technology for a large strategic development effort. You will play a key part in the delivery of operational and financial systems, integrations and technical processes, working across multiple teams and functions as part of a large, cross-organizational program.

Deliverables

• Organize application development and implementation efforts across multiple teams
• Define, plan, track, coordinate and communicate product development and implementation work and status
• Provide updates to the broader Program Management Team for roll up to the Steering Committee
• Drive alignment on project deliverables across other IT and business teams
• Be the glue between the IT teams and the broader Program Management Team
• Manage risks, decisions, technical constraints and influence overall delivery timelines
• Manage the IT budget, including labor and non-labor estimates

Experience – Mandatory

• 7 years of experience in IT project and program management, including managing large-scale IT projects or programs of significant complexity and value (> $5MM) with high risk
• Experience managing IT projects in an operational domain

-Foundational understanding of current technology: MS Project, SmartSheet, MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Atlassian - Confluence, JIRA

Experience - Nice to have

• Experience with managing projects in the airline or travel industry
• Experience with managing projects in an Airline Operations domain (Maintenance & Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Aircraft Induction, Flight Operations, In Flight, Airport Operations, Cargo) and Airline Accounting/Finance domain
