Description:Summary - Organize, plan, and execute projects while working within budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other parties included in the project
- Determine all the resources needed (equipment, manpower, materials) with attention to budget constraints.
- Evaluate the project progress and prepare related reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, IT , Business Administration or Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Minimum 5 years experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager
- Proficient with spreadsheet and project management software
