- Ownership of a computer workstation capable of running the tools and programs necessary to perform your role. This includes monitors, keyboard, mouse, ergonomic chair and anything else you need to work in the comfort of your own home, ready to be effective each day.

Tasks
- Receive work requests from management and account managers, checking to ensure that all assets are available to begin work and meet expectations.
- Identify most important tasks for each department to complete each week and communicate these priorities to specialists.
- Assign tasks to specialists with clear instructions and expectations for completion including subtasks, deadlines and next steps.
- Check in with specialists on key tasks nearing deadline to ensure that deadlines will be met.
- Check in with specialists on tasks past deadline to establish new deadlines and identify the cause of the missed deadline.
- Pass completed tasks to account managers including links to completed work or attached finished work.
- Ensure that tasks waiting for clients are moved up in the queue and completed in a timely fashion to the best of the team’s ability.
- Communicate with account managers on priorities when tasks are competing for team resources and deadlines.
- Work closely with PIM account manager on internal marketing efforts for the company.
- Schedule meetings with various internal team members.
- Update processes and templates on a regular basis
- Periodically collaborate with specialists on ways to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Periodically collaborate with account managers on ways to improve communication and efficiency of task creation, management and transfer.
- Periodically communicate with management regarding workload and any issues found to be positively or negatively impacting results.
