Your primary role will entail coordination to ensure smooth execution of client projects and manage the internal process to facilitate clearing of Title issues. You’ll collaborate across teams to resolve these issues and problem solve to provide our clients an excellent experience coupled with the professionalism Riverside Abstract stands for.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and tracking of project tasks and client deliverables to clear title issues.
  • Assist in managing the status of client tasks to keep workflow on track to deliver files in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate with clients on project specific activities, including clarification on the terms of the Real Estate transaction.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
  • Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to a timely update of statuses, deadlines, tasks ownership, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Demonstrate a high degree of productivity while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, and research skills a must
  • Very well organized and enjoy documenting various things in detail and tracking to timelines
  • Professional and dependable with strong problem-solving, time management, and innovative thinking skills.
