• We will make STN the most valuable partner to publishers, advertisers and content creators.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You are an experienced project manager, or someone ready to take the next step in your career, who is passionate about technology and delivering high-quality solutions to customers and stakeholders. You have demonstrated experience in collaboratively developing project plans and helping to ensure the projects are successfully delivered on scope, on time, and within budget. You have experience in directly interfacing with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure a project's success.
This role focuses on all aspects of project management within the engineering and operations teams. The position is best suited for an independent, well organized, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver who can collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Actively participate in project planning meetings, facilitating discussions, and ensuring that meeting outcomes are clearly documented;
• Document and manage project time-lines and schedule requirements for strategic development and cross-departmental projects, including project dependencies and interdependencies;
• Identify emerging issues and support their resolution;
• Develop project plans to monitor and track progress of key development phases and launch requirements involving Marketing, Sales and Customer Account Management.
• Develop communication, risk management, and change management plans as required
• Report and escalate project issues as required
• Communicate changes to project scope, schedule or cost as needed to management, stakeholders, and project sponsors
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as required by the scope of the project and the organization.
• Participate in Development sprint planning and daily scrums as required to ensure development tasks are aligned with project priorities and to maintain an understanding of project progress.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG / ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience;
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certified a plus
• Minimum of 5 years experience in directly managing technology project management in an agile environment
• Comfortable working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp or similar
• Experience preferred in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, network security, application development and management, business applications and/or analytics, enterprise ecosystems, managed solutions
• Strong organizational skills and overall process management
• Team building skills with a tendency towards diplomacy
