The National Accounts teams from Weatherby and CompHealth combined into one unified Enterprise Client Solutions team in 2021. The Manager, Brand Sales Strategist is responsible for coordinating with and assisting the brands in gaining market share with ECS clients. This includes proactively approaching ECS clients, providing relevant information to the brands in a timely manner and clearing the path for action. Understanding where the competition is working and who the decision makers are, will be a key to success.
Your role::
- Support our clients and our brands:
- Develop strategies in tandem with the Account Management team to increase job flow
- Report daily on jobs and presentations to increase fill rates at ECS clients
- Communicate as necessary to divisions
- Focus on winning market share with new and existing clients:
- Tracking and reporting on jobs lost to the competition
- Tracking and reporting of perm jobs
- Tracking and reporting of all leads (white space)
- Reporting to specialty teams on progress to budget within ECS clients (divisional comparisons)
- Support our brands by sharing relevant market information and by compiling critical details, which clears the path to working with ECS clients.
- Partner directly with brands to learn about physician profiles for client specialty requests and, in turn, provide feedback to brands regarding client perceptions of physician quality.
- Analytical and curious with market trend data
- Excel and Powerpoint expertise
- High organization and prioritization skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two to years of sales leadership in the staffing industry
Preferred
- Experience working at a corporate level with frequent communication between various verticals within the organization
- Project Management experience
