Delta Engineering & Inspection, Inc. is a licensed consulting engineering firm that has been providing high-quality building inspections, engineering, project management, and expert witness services since 1999. Delta is expanding its client base and currently has an opening for a highly motivated and experienced project manager with experience in building restoration.

The successful candidate must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in either engineering (structural/civil preferred) or construction management.

• Knowledge of current building codes and standards is required with particular expertise in the areas of concrete and wood frame restoration
• Building envelope sciences, water-proofing and coatings, and roofing systems is preferred
• The ability to work on scaffolding, high lifts and swing staging will be required as well as being able to meet the physical demands of conducting field inspections.

Candidates must be self-sufficient and have the ability to obtain and manage projects successfully in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Active involvement in professional organizations, trade shows, and community events as well as building long standing client relationships is essential for this position. Excellent verbal and exceptional report written skills are essential, as well as, a desire to advance in a small business environment.
