Polysciences

Polysciences technical operations and scientific laboratories offer custom synthesis, contract manufacturing and packaging, and laboratory products. We are proud to offer a broad range of products and tailored solutions for the life sciences, bioprocessing, microparticles, medical device, specialty chemical and eChem industries. We are seeking an experienced and versatile Project Manager - Software & Systems who can align technology systems with business operations by analyzing, developing, and implementing innovative integrated solutions.

Project Management:

• Lead and execute continuous improvement technology initiatives
• End to end project management from selection through implementation
• Effectively manage third party consultants

Technical:

• Provide internal IT support
• Monitor existing systems
• Document software and processes
• Provide departmental training

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst role required
• Proficient in relationship database concepts and program languages (MS SQL)
• Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems
• Experience integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services
• Associate or BS degree in business or information technology preferred
• Great Plains experience preferred
• Website Development experience a plus
• Crystal Reports a plus
